Sam, cont.

I've abandoned soy. I've decided to try another route for Sam. He's going to the audiologist this Thurs. More about all that later; it's hard to type with one hand while holding the baby.

How old is Sam? We have a past with ear infections (7 of them in 3 or 4 months) and just as we had signed papers for surgery, my last ditch effort was to cold turkey the binki--and they completely went away. That probably doesn't help you, but just thought I'd share, as it might make you think of something else it could be??

Actually, he is 2 and a half and only uses a pacifier at night. I just threw the old one away and have sterilized the new one before each use. However, this is to be a short lived practice because another friend just suggested the same thing to me, so we are going to hopefully be completely done with it soon. Thanks for your imput; I will try to expedite the retiring of the paci. :)
