Sugar-Free for 12 Weeks!

On Monday, I started a challenge to go "sugar-free" for 12 weeks. I think this challenge is exactly what I needed. Go sugar-free, exercise 2-3 days a week, minimum, and follow your meal plans. If you want to see a little video about it, go to the Kristi Approved Blog.
